Shipping & Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.
International orders can be subject to customs fees charged by the destination country. We have no control over amounts charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of HAKOLINE.COM We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges imposed through import duty upon your order.
Delivery charges are set out at the time the order is made – HAKOLINE.COM will use all reasonable endeavour to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. You are required to take delivery of the goods ordered.
International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel. Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Standard delivery is a non trackable service. The express service provides tracking information on your parcels progress.
Shipping will be automatically calculated at the cart page when the type of delivery is selected.

Payment & Returns
We accept payment by Credit Cards, Cash (Only for Ukraine), Interkassa (Russia, SNG countries) Bank Transfer (Privatbank, etc.) Shortly after placing your order an email will be sent to you acknowledging the details of your order.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely satisfied with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
